Lisa M. Ong, PCC, CPA, is an award-winning diversity and inclusion strategy consultant., speaker, and professional certified executive coach. Before founding Wishing Out Loud LLC, Lisa was a national diversity director in the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at PwC. She is an active Ascend Lifetime member and serves as one of the Ascend National Executive Advisors.

Elaine Cheong is a Senior Vice President with Bank of America responsible for developing client relationship strategies to drive its domestic and international commercial banking business She leads a team of product partners who consults with clients on capital market structures, asset financing, treasury management services, supply chain finance and risk management along with other banking solutions to help them successfully grow their businesses.
Elaine has more than 30 years in banking. She has held various global client management roles with Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank and ANZ Bank in New York, Singapore, London and Australia.
She was born in Malaysia and lived in Australia while completing her undergraduate and post graduate studies. She moved to the United States in 1998. Elaine has served on many non-profit boards. Through her current role as President of Ascend Greater Philadelphia Chapter – she helps Asian American professionals in Philadelphia to connect, grow and be a source of inspiration for one another with the goal of advancing career and leadership opportunities as a minority group within corporate America. In 2016, Elaine launched and now, chairs the Greater Philadelphia chapter of the Asian Leadership Network, an employee resource group at Bank of America. She also serves on the Global Commercial Banking Diversity & Inclusion Council. She graduated from Monash University, Australia with a Bachelor in Economics and holds a graduate diploma in Corporate Finance from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. She is married with two children and lives in Pennington, New Jersey.
