Dr. Rubina Malik

Dr. Rubina F. Malik is a strategic advisor, thought leader and scholar. As a champion of career
sponsorship and leadership development, she is an expert in helping organizations create sustainable and diverse leadership. As a scholar-practitioner, she has combined academic research and both industry and teaching experience to develop a unique and powerful approach to her work. She provides skilled assistance to help organizations and individuals successfully navigate the realms of career sponsorship and leadership development to enhance the engagement, retention, and promotion of diverse candidates. All of these initiatives are aimed at creating sustainable skills that offer enhanced performance and greater profitability. Competitive edge-driving organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500 global brands depend on her support and expertise to propel programs such as mentoring, career sponsorship and leadership development.
Additionally, Rubina is a Tedx speaker, SXSW mentor and a popular guest speaker at conferences and podcasts. She is frequently published in industry magazines, including highly respected academic and business journals such as The Harvard Business Review. To fulfill her passion and commitment to the community, she is on several non-profit boards that actively support education and equity-based incentives.
Dr. Malik holds a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Business Administration and a Doctor of Philosophy, with an emphasis on Human Resources Organization Development from the University of Georgia. She is also a certified associate certified coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and is trained in assessments such as DiSC, EQi and Team Coaching International. A resident of Atlanta, she sets aside time in her schedule to run marathons, connect and drink tea (from Paris) with friends, read, enjoy a good crime show, and international travel.

Angelyn Liu serves as Lead Advisor for Chick-fil-A Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Affairs. As an experienced and certified project management professional who has led many CSR, technology, marketing, analytics, and strategic projects across various disciplines and multiple industries, she is passionate about using her business and technical skills to help social entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations grow and scale their impact and organization in order to take good care of children, families, and communities. She has served internationally, including being a volunteer teacher. She received her undergraduate degrees and MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology.
