​What can we do to get into leadership roles, the C-Suite and corporate boards? Three executive panelists will share their career journeys, discuss the Asian American glass ceiling and how they were able to break the ceiling.

3:45 PM - 4:25 PM ET: Myths of Asian Leadership

AAPI professionals seem well-represented. We’re highly employed and we’re high earners. But why are so few Asians at the top? Currently, only 2% of C-level roles, 4.6% of executive roles, and 5.9% of managerial roles are held by AAPI people. This session examines the myths and stereotypes that could be associated with Asian culture and how they impact the careers and leadership behaviors of AAPI talents.

In a highly digital and competitive era, where the consumers are increasingly multi connected and with even higher expectations, it is essential that leaders understand the importance of transforming the customer experience through actions and insights that engage the consumer with the brand, satisfy them and increase their revenues. As part of a digital strategy, how can corporations ensure the sustainability of the digital customer experience?
